Job summary

Henley Recruitment is looking for 2-3 Electrical Improvers to join our team on an off-site data centre project. This role offers steady work in a comfortable workshop environment rather than a live construction site and is expected to last around six weeks.

You'll measure, make up and terminate flex and data cables, work on an organised assembly line with a small team, and use hand tools safely. An ECS card is essential and own tools are required.

• Must have prior experience as an Electrical Improver.
• Must hold a valid ECS Card (essential).
• Experience measuring, making up and terminating flex and data cables.
• Own hand tools are required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Reliable, hardworking and team-focused.

Electrical Improver Henley Recruitment is looking for 2-3 Electrical Improvers to join our team on an exciting off-site data centre project. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Electrical Improvers who are happy working in a comfortable, off-site workshop environment rather than on a live construction site. The role is expected to last around 6 weeks, offering consistent work alongside a friendly and experienced team.
