Job summary

A respected turnkey contractor is seeking an Electrical Improver to assist on exciting data centre projects in Slough. Ideal candidates will hold necessary qualifications, including ECS and IPAF certifications, and have experience in commercial installations. This role offers competitive weekly pay, Monday to Friday work, with opportunities for weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• ECS Card & IPAF required.
• Experience in data centres or commercial projects required.
• Must have contactable references and ability to pass a basic DBS Check.

Responsibilities

• Assisting electricians with installation tasks.
• Operating cherry pickers and scissor lifts when necessary.
• Metal containment work including tray and conduit.

Electrical Improver - Slough

Our client is a respected turnkey services contractor covering most aspects of the construction industry from M&E to fit out services and deals with very exclusive clients.

They are currently looking for an electrical improvers to work in a data centre.

Weekly pay CIS or PAYE.

Main duties:

• Assisting electricians with lightning installation
• Metal containment including tray, conduit.
• Operating cherry picker & scissor lifts when necessary

Requirements:

• ECS Card & IPAF (3a, 3b)
• Contactable references
• DBS Check - Basic (will be completed upon appointment if not current)
• Experience working in data centres or commercial projects

Job details:

• Slough
• Mon-Fri, some weekends
• Earn between 180+ p/d CIS
• 3 months+
