Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions Limited in Lincoln seeks an Electrical Improver with facilities and electrical experience to join a state-of-the-art engineering group. The role covers electrical testing, repairs, and installations across shop floor, offices and external buildings, with training and progression opportunities as the business grows.

You will manage budgets and workloads, work with senior management to improve the engineering department, and play a vital role in upgrade projects.

£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + Overtime + Benefits
Week 1: Monday - Thursday, 06:00 - 14:00 & Friday 06:00 - 11:30
Week 2: Monday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:00 & Friday 11:30 - 17:00

Do you have electrical experience within an engineering, manufacturing or industrial environment? Are you looking for an exciting new role within an industry leading engineering group who pride themselves on first class training and development?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an electrical improver to join the team at their state of the art facility in Lincoln. The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out all electrical testing and repairs within the facility including on the shop floor, in the offices and external buildings. You will carry out electrical installations, working closely with a range of internal teams to coordinate works around production, engineering and sales teams. You will be a key member within the business and will play a vital role in upgrade and maintenance projects across the facility as the site continues to secure further investment.
