Job summary

RGM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Improver to join a long-term project based in Isle of Grain, Kent. The role offers an immediate start on-site with a competitive hourly rate of £20 and excellent prospects for ongoing work.

As an Electrical Improver, you will assist electricians with first and second fix installations, install containment systems, pull and route cables, and support lighting and power installations.

Qualifications

• Valid ECS Card.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Improver.
• Experience on commercial or industrial projects.
• Own hand tools and full PPE.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Electricians with first and second fix installations.
• Installing containment systems including tray, basket, trunking and conduit.
• Pulling, routing and dressing cables.
• Assisting with lighting and power installations.
• Supporting the electrical installation team to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
