Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Technical Review Coordinator to manage Technical Design Reviews for Virgin Media O2 and CS B/Hops within a five-working-day SLA. You will liaise with clients and partners, resolve defects, and maintain accurate records in Intelex and Total Mobile.

You will work with the Health and Assurance team and Field Engineers to ensure compliance with BS 7671 and the 18th Edition, providing cover during leave and ensuring service continuity.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Services with AM2S or equivalent.
• 18th Edition wiring regs (2382-18) accomplished.
• Electrical inspection and testing qualification or experience.
• JIB Gold Card as Approved Electrician.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Technical Design Reviews within SLA.
• Record outcomes on Intelex and Total Mobile, keep records current.
• Review VMO2/CS B/Hops and resolve defects with partners.
• Track milestones on client databases using Siteflo and Siterra.
• Maintain trackers for 18th Edition, STC/FA, asbestos information.
