Job Title: Multi-skilled Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer

Location: Foot Mobile (Central London)

Hours of Work: 08:00 – 17:00

Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.

Company: Due to significant growth, our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer to support their Contract Management Teams, primarily in London Zones 1 & 2.

Job Purpose

Working on a foot mobile basis between zones 1 & 2, carrying out maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and fault diagnostics on equipment such as boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems.
• Use tablet technology to log and close calls, maintain asset registers and test sheets.
• Complete detailed work sheets on tablet for additional works.
• Follow maintenance schedules, safety practices, and ensure paperwork is accurately completed.
• Adhere to procurement practices as directed.

Qualifications

• Electrical level 3 – 18th edition wiring and regulations
• PASMA/IPAF – Desirable

Package

• £43,000 – £45,000 basic salary
• Overtime: Minimum of 2 Saturdays per month paid at time and a half
