Electrical Fitter Job Description

As an Electrical Fitter, you will be carrying out electrical installations and testing for a digital modifications upgrade.

Your responsibilities will include working on Wi-Fi installations, Ethernet backbone installations, NVR/CCTV systems, passenger information systems, USB sockets, and drivers cab upgrades.

Work Schedule

The position is days only, Monday to Friday, with a standard 50-hour workweek.

Requirements

• Electrically qualified to minimum C&G/NVQ Level 3
• At least 3 years of rolling stock experience
• Strong communication skills to ensure high standards and timely completion of work
• Proactive team support
• Availability to start between 26th May and 2nd June
• Ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol test
• Ability to pass a comprehensive railway medical including sight, hearing, color vision, heart, lungs, brain, etc.
• Provision of Right to Work documents before deployment
• Positive attitude and willingness to help
