Babcock is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to support critical electrical infrastructure at Coulport. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and testing to ensure safe, reliable operation within a high-security defence setting.
The role involves working with cranes and electrical equipment, strict safety and documentation standards, and on-site duties Monday to Thursday, 07:15–16:45. Applicants must meet SC clearance requirements and UK national eligibility.

As a Maintenance Electrician, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You'll play a vital role in maintaining and supporting critical electrical infrastructure within a unique and highly secure defence environment. Working as part of a skilled and collaborative team, you'll help ensure the safe and reliable operation of a wide range of facilities and equipment that contribute directly to national defence capabilities.

This role is full time, 36 hours per week Monday to Thursday 07:15 - 16:45 and is based on site at Coulport.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
