Electrical Service Engineer

Package up to 55k

Due to continued growth and expansion, our client requires an electrical field service engineer to join their team.

The Role

As an electrical field service engineer, you will be required to travel around the UK, usually departing from their Yorkshire base in Shelf on a Monday morning to visit customers across the country. Travel will be planned but may include some emergency servicing. You will service equipment to high regulatory standards, gained through your qualifications and extensive in-house training. Your knowledge should include, but not be limited to:

• Electrical qualification with 18th edition
• Professional manner, as the role involves client visits
• Understanding of control panels

In the field, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring equipment functions to its specifications and design
• Completing servicing and repairs
• Diagnosing issues
• Writing reports on work carried out
• Assisting and informing clients' maintenance staff
• Representing the company professionally

What you will get

The successful electrical service engineer will receive a salary of 40k and a comprehensive benefits package.
