Job Purpose

You will be responsible for electrical maintenance and technical support to the Waste Water Network team, repairing and maintaining Waste Water Network assets.

You will work in a fast-paced, modern maintenance environment, providing proactive, planned, and reactive support to ensure compliance with company, statutory, and regulatory requirements while minimizing environmental impact.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

As the role may require lone working, you should be comfortable working alone or as part of a team. The role involves working in confined spaces and participating in an out-of-hours standby rota. Your duties will include:

  • Implementing efficient electrical maintenance and installation services
  • Analyzing faults, rectifying issues, and ensuring correct operation of electrical systems and equipment
  • Performing planned and proactive maintenance activities
  • Ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations and internal policies
  • Maintaining financial control over pre-defined budgets
  • Providing accurate asset performance and repair information
  • Analyzing recurring maintenance problems and recommending solutions
  • Maintaining relevant skills, competence, and recency in all subject areas throughout your career
