Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in an electrical estimating role, ideally within the data centre, commercial or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation methods.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical packages on data centre projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Assist in bid preparation and submission.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment between estimates and project delivery.
• Maintain and update estimating databases and tools.

Your new role
The successful candidate will support the pre-construction team in preparing accurate and competitive electrical estimates for large-scale data centre projects across Europe. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical packages on data centre projects
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates
