We're working in partnership with a well-established M&E contractor based in Birmingham, who are looking to strengthen their pre-construction team with the appointment of an experienced Electrical Estimator. With a healthy pipeline of secured work across the commercial, education, and residential sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected business known for delivering high-quality building services projects.

The Role:

As Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical packages on both new-build and refurbishment schemes across the Midlands. You'll be involved throughout the tender process, working closely with Directors and Project Managers from initial pricing through to handover.

About You:

Demonstrable experience as an Electrical Estimator within the building services or M&E sector
Solid understanding of commercial, education, and residential projects
Ability to confidently read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
Proficient with estimating software such as Trimble, Amtech, or Estimation
High level of attention to detail, with strong numeracy and communication skills
Relevant qualifications or practical background in electrical contracting
