Job summary

ReWork Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an Electrical Estimator for a standalone role in Sheffield. You will own electrical tenders from enquiry to submission, interpreting drawings and specs to deliver competitive bids.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in building services estimating and can work autonomously with limited supervision. Experience with Ensign estimating software is advantageous, and the package offered is £65,000 basic plus a £6,000 car allowance.

Job description

Electrical Estimator | £65,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance | Sheffield | M&E | Perm

This one will suit an Electrical Estimator who enjoys being given the autonomy to run their own workload rather than simply becoming another member of a large estimating team.

We are recruiting for a standalone estimator position with an established building services contractor, working predominantly with existing clients and taking responsibility for electrical tenders from enquiry through to submission.

You will need a solid background in electrical estimating within building services, with the technical knowledge to understand drawings, specifications and designs and turn them into accurate, commercially competitive tenders.

A background that has given you exposure to the design and technical side of electrical building services would be particularly useful.

You will need to be comfortable working independently, prioritising enquiries and driving your own workload without needing somebody constantly directing what comes next.

Experience with Ensign estimating software would be an advantage, although it isn't essential.

The package is £65,000 basic plus a £6,000 car allowance.
