Cream M&E Recruitment in Guildford is seeking an Electrical Estimator to join a well-established contractor. You will progress under the guidance of the Senior Estimator, evaluating tender documents, drawings and specifications to prepare cost estimates.

Candidates should have experience in tendering and cost analysis, with the ability to read electrical design drawings and collaborate with supply chain partners. A supportive team in South East England awaits.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings & job specifications.
• Communicate with existing and new clients throughout tender process.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-off sheets.
• Create material costing sheets.
• Collate costs from supply chain and verify accuracy.
• Assist in preparing electrical and supply chain project cost estimates.

Electrical Estimator

A great opportunity for an Electrical Estimator to join a well-established Electrical Contractor based in Guildford. The successful candidate will have a great opportunity for progression in their electrical career, where they will be working alongside the Senior Electrical Estimator. Candidates will require some experience as an esimator, but are also open to more experienced estimators.

Our client works on Commercial, Domestic & Industrial projects around South East England offering a wide range of experience and progression for candidates.

Electrical Estimator Responsibilities

• Reviewing tender documents, drawings & job specifications.
• Communication with existing and new clients throughout tender process.
• Preparing detailed quantity take off sheets.
• Material costing sheets.
• Collate costs from supply chain, review for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of electrical and supply chain project cost estimates for our projects.

Essential skills
