M Group is seeking a proactive Bid/Proposal professional in Burtonwood, UK, to help review tender opportunities and craft accurate proposals that meet business objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and clients to gather required information and ensure commercial robustness of submissions.

The role supports project delivery through handover participation and risk identification while maintaining high health and safety standards, with hybrid working after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience with LV systems, PLCs, HMIs or SCADA systems.
• Ability to interpret client requirements across hardware and software solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review tender opportunities and support bid/no-bid decisions.
• Develop accurate, competitive proposals with internal teams, suppliers and clients.
• Ensure proposals are clear and commercially robust and submitted per procedures.
• Support project delivery by attending handover meetings and ensuring smooth transition to the project team.
• Attend site visits to understand client needs while upholding health and safety standards.
• Identify and communicate commercial, technical or contractual risks clearly.
