Job summary

Saab UK is recruiting an Electrical Assembler to work on the manufacturing of electronic equipment in Fareham. You will perform electromechanical assembly and soldering, reading technical docs and handling documentation per processes.

You will contribute to quality, delivery and cost improvements, participate in training of new staff, and clearly communicate status of your work within the team.

• 3+ years of relevant experience within electromechanical assembly or production.
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.
• High expectations regarding fine motor skills, endurance and accuracy.

The Role:

This role is part of our Sensor Systems Radar Business in Fareham.

We are looking for an Electrical Assembler to work on the manufacturing of electronic equipment, through assembly of mechanics and electronics in a small production unit. Your personal skills are important where we have high expectations in cooperation and communication within your team and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electromechanical assembly and soldering.
