Leading and mentoring engineers within your discipline
Conducting technical reviews and contributing to design assurance

We're open to electrical engineering professionals at all stages - but ideally, you'll bring some of the following:
Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (or similar discipline)
Working toward or already hold Engineering Council registration
Experience in the UK rail sector (rail stations highly desirable)
Knowledge of key industry standards (Network Rail, HS2, TfL, British Standards)
Experience in roles such as CRE, CEM, or DPE (advantageous but not essential for junior levels)

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in software like Trimble/Amtech ProDesign, Dialux, or Relux
A drive to learn, lead, and contribute to a high-performance team

A clear progression path - grow from Engineer to Director
27 days' annual leave (rising to 29) + bank holidays
Annual bonus (depending on level)
Private medical insurance (individual or family)
Electric Car & Cycle to Work Schemes
Mobile phone allowance
Workplace nursery scheme
Travel loans, Specsavers vouchers & more
Flexible, hybrid working
Industry-leading training & development
