Qualifications
- Experience training apprentices in electrical engineering.
- Experience coaching and assessing learners.
- Willingness to work towards teaching/assessing qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Training, coaching and assessing Electrical Engineering apprentices up to Level 3.
- Delivering practical and theory-based Electrical Engineering training.
- Conducting regular progress reviews with learners and employers.
- Providing mentoring and ongoing support to apprentices.
- Full training and ongoing professional development provided.
- Based at Sellafield with travel across West Cumbria.
- 37.5 hours per week, full-time, all year round.
- Excellent long-term progression and internal training opportunities.
