Responsibilities

• Support apprentices by carrying out workplace assessments, reviews, setting actions and preparing them for end point assessment on professional standards at Levels 2-5.
• The role will also include IQA duties within an existing team and developing the College’s offer of apprenticeship standards in conjunction with employer partners and awarding bodies.

Qualifications

• Relevant electrical engineering and power qualifications / experience, hold (or be working towards) a recognised assessment qualification (TAQA, A1, V1 or equivalent), and have an understanding of all aspects of workplace assessment.

Employees will, in accordance with statutory guidance, be subject to a comprehensive checking process including references from current and previous employers, health, right to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS check and a further check against the appropriate barred list. To comply with legislation, you are required to obtain a DBS check for your role. We will be asking Protocol National Ltd/Esafeguarding Ltd to undertake this process on our behalf.
