Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Electronic Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of electronic systems. This role blends technical proficiency with leadership skills to drive project success, ensure compliance with industry standards, and foster a high-performance engineering environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and deadlines while mitigating risks.
  • Review and approve designs, schematics, and test plans to maintain high-quality engineering standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality assurance, and sourcing teams to streamline operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, innovation, and technical capabilities.
  • Ensure documentation and compliance, maintaining project records and adhering to industry regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of hands-on experience in electronic system design, development, and testing.
  • 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role, guiding engineering teams.
  • Expertise in electronic design tools, testing equipment, and regulatory compliance (ISO, IEEE, EMC).
  • Familiarity with CAN, USB, Ethernet, and other common communication protocols.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Altium Designer software.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
