Extension is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients in Ripon, WI!

Responsibilities

• Inspire and mentor a high-performing team of electrical and firmware engineers. Cultivate an environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Lead the design, development, and testing of advanced electrical systems and components. Ensure all projects meet budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Create and sustain a forward-thinking technology roadmap, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.
• Regularly present project updates, technical challenges, and strategic initiatives to the executive team.
• Lead the planning of annual budgets and resource forecasts in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Work closely with mechanical engineering, software engineering, product management, operations, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure seamless product integration and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management, or Mechanical Engineering
• A minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 6 years of leadership experience

Compensation & Schedule

• $160 - $200k annually
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Located in Ripon, WI
