Job summary

Belcan Workforce Solutions seeks an Electrical Engineering Lead for a major long-term energy and industrial project in Reading. The role is 12 months, site-based with occasional WFH commitment, focusing on design, review and delivery of complex power systems.

The candidate will lead electrical engineering efforts, oversee contractor activities, review protection schemes, and ensure safety, reliability and efficiency across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in large-scale electrical power projects.
• Strong understanding of IEEE and IEC standards.
• Proven ability to lead technical reviews and risk management.
