Job Description

Are you ready to shape the future of water infrastructure? We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our Water Solutions team, supporting major water and wastewater projects across the UK. You will be involved in designing and delivering projects ranging from small rural upgrades to complex multi-million-pound schemes, working with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

Key Programmes include:

• South West Water & Wessex Water (£8bn AMP8 & AMP9)
• Severn Trent Water (£14.9bn AMP8)
• Southern Water (£3.7bn Capital Delivery)

Your responsibilities:

• Design electrical and ICA components for water infrastructure projects
• Produce technical deliverables such as calculations, drawings, and reports
• Conduct site surveys and data collection
• Support project management tasks including budgeting and scheduling

Qualifications

• Experience in water/wastewater engineering design is preferred but not essential
• Ability to work independently and confidently present to clients
• Sound problem-solving and communication skills
• BEng or MEng in a relevant engineering field
• Working towards Chartered status
