Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical point of contact for power electronic systems, including AC/DC and DC/AC conversions.
• Develop optimal power electronic solutions considering energy sources and loads, power quality, EMC, and protection.
• Own solutions from concept to installation, including multidisciplinary design considerations.
• Present solutions at design review gates and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive innovation and contribute to research activities, capturing intellectual property.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across teams.
• Stay updated on the latest power electronics technologies and standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in power electronic systems development, design, and verification.
• Knowledge of domain plant and platform interfaces, component behavior, and system architecture.
• Experience with modeling and simulation tools for power electronics.
• PCB design experience using Altium and/or Cadence is advantageous.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to research and seek solutions externally, including from suppliers and universities.
