Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd, a Warrington-based infrastructure contractor, seeks an Electrical Engineer to support live electrical works across DNO and ICP projects. The role covers installation, testing, commissioning, fault-finding, and coordinating with project teams to ensure safe, compliant delivery on site.

You will read drawings, interrogate protection and control systems, engage with clients and suppliers, and travel nationally to support programme requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience on DNO/ICP electrical infrastructure projects
• Experience with LV/HV distribution, substations and power systems
• Able to read schematics and electrical drawings

Responsibilities

• Carry out testing and commissioning of LV and HV systems
• Support energisation, outages, and liaise with network operators
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to deliver safe, compliant works
