Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an Electrical Tester based in Wolverton. You will read schematics, investigate rolling stock faults, and support the engineering process while working in a high voltage environment.

You will download train diagnostic data, perform advanced fault finding, test all on-train systems, and produce detailed fault reports. You may deputise for the test team leader and maintain accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English (C or above)
• Apprenticeship in electrical work
• Previous experience in railway rolling stock essential
• Knowledge of fault finding techniques
• 5S awareness
• Quality awareness

Responsibilities

• Liaise with production departments when necessary.
• Attend off-site railway depots to support our customers' requirements.
