Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Gateshead is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop and implement electrical systems for data centres and M&E building services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration and compliance.

You will conduct site assessments, provide technical guidance to optimize performance, ensure compliance with electrical codes, and generate detailed reports for stakeholders. A full UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing electrical systems, preferably within Data Centres or M&E Building Services.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Full UK driving license.
