Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to join a Facilities Management contract covering four Rugby-based sites. The role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems within a commercial building services context.

You will join an established team, delivering PPM programmes, compliance tasks and on-call support while ensuring safe, efficient operation of the buildings.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrical Engineer required.
• Experience in Facilities Management or building services environment.
• Strong PPM experience and compliance knowledge.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across electrical and building services systems.
• Diagnose faults and undertake reactive maintenance repairs.
• Complete electrical installation, testing and repair works.
• Support equipment moves, workplace reconfigurations and site improvement projects.
• Safely isolate, disconnect, reconnect and commission electrical systems.
• Carry out general building services maintenance duties and ensure safety compliance.
