Job summary

CBRE is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to operate, maintain and manage electrical and mechanical building services at our site in Titchfield, Hampshire. The role covers PPM delivery, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance under CBRE procedures.

You'll support specialist contractors, update CAFM records, and contribute to safe working practices under QHSE standards. Essential: Level 3 electrical qualification; experience with commercial electrical systems; strong

Qualifications

Must hold a recognised Level 3 electrical qualification.
Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance in commercial buildings.
Good general education with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain, repair and operate site electrical systems, plant, equipment and building services.
Deliver PPM, reactive tasks and statutory inspections to compliance standards and deadlines.
Diagnose and complete electrical maintenance tasks (Electrical bias; must hold a recognised Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent).
Liaise with, induct and supervise specialist contractors across electrical disciplines.
Update CAFM systems with accurate task status, notes and compliance documentation.
Follow CBRE QHSE procedures, ensuring safe systems of work and adherence to legislation.
Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment at all times.
Participate in training, toolbox talks and technical development activities.
