Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a critical infrastructure site in Didcot and surrounding areas. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across essential site systems within a secure environment and join a team offering training and clear progression.

The role features a 5 days on / 4 days off shift pattern with enhanced overtime and opportunities to move into senior/managerial positions.

Electrical Engineer (Critical Infrastructure)

Didcot, commutable from: Oxford, Wantage, Witney, Carterton, Abingdon, Thatcham, Wallingford, Cholsley & all surrounding areas

45,000 + Overtime (OTE 50,000 - 60,000) + Training + Pension + Life Assurance + Training + Career Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

5 days on 4 days off (7am - 5pm) shift pattern

Are you an Electrical Engineer with critical infrastructure experience, looking to work within a highly secure, technical advanced environment with career progression opportunities?

This is a fantastic role where you will join a specialist facilities team supporting a prestigious Critical National Infrastructure site, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across essential site systems and services.

The position offers a structured shift pattern of 5 days on / 4 days off, with the opportunity to boost your salary further through the addition of enhanced overtime rates as well as the chance to move into senior /managerial positions.
