Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer – Belgravia & Chelsea – 43-48K & Travel card

I am currently representing an excellent building service M&E contractor who is looking for an Electrical Bias Foot Mobile Engineer with experience in building services to work across prestigious buildings housing blue-chip clients in West Central London, mainly around Sloane Square and Duke Of York Square in Belgravia & Chelsea.

This role suits a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a building services background interested in joining a small, growing maintenance company that offers training and personal development. Responsibilities include PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.

The candidate must have a driving license as a company pool estate car or van is provided for the call-out rota, currently 1 in 7, with minimal reactive call-outs (client called out 3 times in the past year). Vehicles are stored in a garage for collection.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• PPM's and Reactive maintenance across M&E Services - Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, Water treatment, etc.
• General building services tasks
• Landlord and Tenanted areas of large blue-chip companies across a large estate
• Working as part of a small maintenance team

Requirements:

• Client-facing experience

• Electrical bias with 18th edition

Salary & Package:

£43-48K per annum + Travel/Oyster Card paid from your location.

• Shared company pool car/van for call-outs
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
• 25 Days Annual leave + bank holidays

• Overtime available: 1.5x in weekdays, double on weekends and bank holidays
