An established facilities management company is seeking a Site Based Electrical Engineer for one of the largest shopping centers in the South of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance and repair tasks in electrical engineering, alongside general maintenance duties. An ideal candidate must have NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering, strong customer service skills, and the right to work in the UK. This role involves a variable shift pattern and requires effective communication and teamwork.

About The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Based Electrical Engineer to join our team on a full time permanent basis, for one of the biggest shopping centres in the South. This role will involve working a variable shift pattern rota of 40 hours per week. One weekend out of every five weeks, with late shifts twice a week - Monday to Friday around client trading hours.
Shift Pattern: Working 5 in 7 days, including one weekend every 5 weeks.
The main area of focus for this role will be Electrical Engineering however occasionally you will also be required to carry out general maintenance and statutory compliance checks and will be required to have basic plumbing and fabric maintenance skills, ideally with experience working in a commercial setting.
The role will require client engagement and a willingness to provide the best possible solutions to meet the client’s needs, so you will be required to maintain a smart appearance. You must have a good understand of both spoken and written English.
