The Opportunity

We are seeking an engineer/design lead to join our dynamic and innovative team within our building engineering group, where you will undertake a key role in delivering our clients’ requirements. Based in the Midlands, our Building Engineering group is undergoing significant growth and development as it continues to win major work in the industrial and property sectors.

As an Electrical Services Engineer you will be a key part of the Building Services Engineering Team, working on multidisciplinary projects while being responsible for the output of graduate Electrical Services engineers and technicians. You will be part of a collaborative team of over 100 engineers and technicians within the midlands region.

The role will see you:

• Working in an interdisciplinary environment and aim to design buildings that maximise value for our clients whilst minimising their environmental impact.
• Playing an active role in all stages of our projects from feasibility through to completion across a number of sectors, including healthcare, industrial, data centres and education.
• Engaging in the ever-increasing digital transformation of our business, seeking new ways to increase our efficiency through automation and to offer new services to our clients through our integrated digital approach to design.

Is this role right for you?

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• Degree in Electrical Services Engineering, ideally at MEng level.
• Actively pursuing Chartered status through CIBSE, IET, or other relevant institutions.
• Familiar with working within a BIM environment using Revit.
• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external project teams, ensuring clear and concise communication.
