We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Electrical Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider on a prestigious site in Central London. This is a permanent shift-based role working 4 on 4 off, covering both days and nights, with a highly competitive salary of £45,000+ available for the right candidate. The ideal applicant will hold their 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations or Maintenance (NVQ or City & Guilds equivalent) and will have a strong background in commercial building services or critical environments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a site, working as part of a well-established engineering team maintaining a wide range of electrical and building services plant. Responsibilities will include planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), fault finding and rectification on electrical systems, emergency lighting testing, fire alarm testing, small electrical installations, and working with various plant including AHUs, FCUs, lighting systems, distribution boards, and BMS systems. The role requires excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and a proactive approach to both compliance and reactive engineering tasks.
