Job summary

HVAC Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Foot Mobile) to cover commercial office buildings across London Zones 1-4. The role offers a full-time, permanent contract with a salary up to £46,000 per annum and a structured on-site schedule.

You will travel between sites, performing planned and reactive electrical maintenance while complying with safety regulations and company standards. The candidate should be a qualified electrical engineer with experience in commercial environments,

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrical Engineer with relevant certifications.
• Experience in commercial or office environments preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple sites independently.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join as a Foot Mobile Engineer, covering commercial office buildings across London Zones 1-4.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer who enjoys variety in their day, working across multiple sites within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Supporting general building services maintenance
• Visiting 1-2 sites per day across your designated area
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulations
• Working collaboratively with the wider engineering team

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00

On-Call Requirement

• 1 in 6 call-out rota
• £100 standby payment
