Overview

Electrical Engineer £40,000 - £50,000 + Overtime OTE £45k - £55k + Healthcare + Van + Fuel Card + Benefits
Site based, with frequent travel in Scotland

Are you an Electrical Engineer with experience with Generators or Electric Motors looking to step up into projects with a competitive package, commercial development, overtime opportunities and a clear route to progress further?

With a good understanding of Generators within a maintenance or commissioning capacity, you will play an integral role within the project delivery team of this highly regarded business. Managing projects to completion whilst remaining hands on, building working relationships with customers and liaising with shopfloor and tendering teams, when required.

This position would suit an Electrical Engineer with Generators experience, who is interested in Hydro Power and who is looking to progress into projects, site management or similar.

DUTIES

  • Project delivery of high profile Hydro Power projects in Scotland
  • Support clients technically, whilst building on existing relationships
  • Training on commercial and project management
  • Electrical maintenance, installation and commissioning where required
  • Opportunity to build a team and progress to management

PERSON

  • Hands on Engineer, looking to get off the tools a bit in a hybrid role
  • Generators experience is essential, either maintenance, overhaul or commissioning
  • Based a commutable distance to Glasgow or Aberdeen
  • Happy to be site based for 2/3 weeks on some occasions
