Leading Global Engineering Consultancy in Glasgow seeks an Electrical Engineer to contribute to landmark UK projects across sectors from commercial to healthcare. You will design electrical building services, produce calculations and reports, and work with multidisciplinary teams to develop sustainable solutions.

You'll use BIM tools like Revit and electrical design software, collaborate with architects and sustainability specialists, and participate in professional chartership pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical Building Services design.

A world-renowned engineering consultancy is seeking talented Electrical Engineers to join its growing team in Scotland. With opportunities in both Edinburgh and Glasgow, you'll play a key role in delivering technically challenging projects across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, residential, science & technology, mixed-use and large-scale infrastructure developments.

The Role

You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design through to construction and completion, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop high-quality, sustainable engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing electrical building services systems for a variety of projects
• Producing calculations, specifications and technical reports
• Working closely with architects, mechanical engineers and sustainability specialists
• Developing designs using BIM and industry-standard software
• Coordinating with clients, contractors and project stakeholders
• Supporting project delivery to quality, programme and budget requirements
• Mentoring junior engineers where appropriate

About You

• Experience in Electrical Building Services design
