• Fully qualified within Electrical Engineering / Installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent) with electrical regulation qualifications.
• Minimum of at least 3 years within commercial building services.
• Great knowledge of commercial electrical equipment.
• Client facing attitude.

Overview

Electrical Engineer – Tottenham Court Road, West End

Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 per annum

We’ve got a great position for an Electrical Engineer to work on a high end commercial site in Tottenham Court Road. You’ll be responsible for overseeing maintenance on site, expanding your supervisor experience, and progressing within a well-renowned building service provider.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair tasks on electrical systems and general building services.
• Work on single and three-phase electrical systems, including motors, emergency lighting, fire alarms, pumps, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Safely isolate equipment and systems when necessary to carry out work.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with current regulations and industry standards.
• Consistently follow and promote safe working practices and procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and site logbooks.
• Use PDA systems to manage workflow, including job allocation, updates, and closures.

Requirements

• Fully qualified within Electrical Engineering / Installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent) with electrical regulation qualifications.
• Minimum of at least 3 years within commercial building services.
