The role involves performing planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems and general fabric maintenance across various sites.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems including generators, lighting, emergency lighting, and fire alarms at a designated site.
• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance for general fabric repairs such as carpentry, joinery, and basic plumbing.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise facility performance.
• Provide technical support and innovative solutions to meet client requirements.

Candidate:
