Job description

A large national FM and maintenance company is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team near a Static Site in West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to become part of an established maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on site
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with task schedules and industry best practices
  • Ensure site compliance and adherence to industry standards
  • Monitor and manage all main plant and equipment within the buildings daily
  • Maintain good working relationships with employees and clients
  • Uphold a professional image and promote services
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure contractual and site process compliance
  • Manage the site logbook system and maintain all relevant paperwork
  • Oversee the management of on-site CAFM and Concept systems to ensure SLA compliance
  • Resolve client issues effectively without business disruption
  • Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota for emergency responses

Candidate requirements:

  • 17th and 18th Edition wiring regulations
  • Experience in electrical building maintenance
  • Valid driving license
