Job Overview

• Electrical Mechanical Shift Engineer responsible for planned maintenance and reactive tasks within the facilities management team at Festival Place Shopping Centre. Shift pattern: 4 early shifts (6am-3pm), 4 late shifts (1pm-10pm), 4 rest days. Salary circa £40K. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays at double time if worked.

Job Responsibilities

Key Skills: Health and Safety, Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments, Ability to Work at Height. Proven experience in a similar role and environment.

Main Duties

• Low Voltage Installations, Maintenance, and Repair; Planned Preventive Maintenance of equipment and site assets, including mechanical installations. Reactive work across Festival Place.
• Electromechanical project work as required.
• Work at Height; IPAF certification preferred but training can be provided.
