Job summary

Glanua invites graduates to join a two-year Electrical Engineering Graduate Programme designed to build hands-on project experience in water and wastewater infrastructure across the UK and potentially Ireland or Portugal.

You will rotate through in-depth 12-month and two 6-month assignments, developing design, project delivery and commissioning skills with mentoring and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Interest in electrical systems and sustainable water infrastructure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support multidisciplinary teams in planning and delivering electrical installation works across projects.
• Assist with electrical design reviews, equipment proposals, procurement and coordination.
• Inspect electrical works on site to ensure conformance with designs and schedules.
• Support testing and commissioning, including site tests and related documentation.
• Follow safety, environmental and quality requirements and assist with handover docs.
