Qualifications

  • Teaching qualification to be gained within the first three years with college assistance.
  • Willingness to obtain recognised teaching qualification if not already held.

Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across a number of programmes as agreed with the Head of Area.
  • Tutorship of students, showing sensitivity to their needs and encouraging the highest possible standards.
  • Providing advice and guidance to students in their progression to employment or other courses.
  • Contributing to the development of programmes, courses and training materials as appropriate.
