• Salary banding – Full Time - £28,000 - £43,000 per annum with market supplement of up to £5,000

We are seeking outstanding lecturers in Electrical/Electronic Engineering who are passionate about engineering, committed to quality, and eager to shape the future workforce. Training will be provided to those without teaching qualifications.

The role involves teaching on various engineering programs at Levels 2, 3, 4, including apprenticeships, full-time Level 2 and 3, HNC/D, and T Levels, both in classroom and workshop settings. Skills in Electrical and Electronic Principles, Micro-Controllers, Process Control, Electronic Measurement and Testing, Programmable Logic Controllers, Industrial Power Electronics, and Storage are desirable.

New lecturers will benefit from a structured induction, mentorship, and opportunities to gain a teaching qualification. The college offers diverse departmental experiences and ongoing coaching.
