Job summary

Triumph Motorcycles is seeking a Team Leader for the Electrical, Electronics Components Engineering (EEC) to drive delivery of robust, cost-effective components across product programs. You will provide technical leadership, plan resources and guide the team toward meeting programme objectives while complying with regulatory, safety, cybersecurity and manufacturing requirements.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, experience in automotive sectors, and proven

Qualifications

BEng/MEng in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Experience in automotive, motorcycle or related sectors.
Experience leading engineering teams.
Strong background in electrical/electronic components.
Knowledge of verification and validation methodologies.
Experience with risk management techniques (FMEA, FTA).

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of component engineers.
Define objectives, priorities and allocate resources to support programmes.
Provide technical leadership for component engineering activities.
Oversee specs, validation plans and key deliverables.
Ensure compliance with functional safety, cybersecurity, EMC and homologation requirements.
Lead supplier engagement and drive continuous improvement.
Monitor progress, resources and risks; report status and escalate as needed.
