Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for leading high-impact projects? If so, we are seeking a skilled Electrical GSP Lead to join our team in Basingstoke.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Developing and implementing electrical strategies and solutions for Grid Supply Projects (GSP).
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integration and success.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

Ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a senior electrical engineering role.
• Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with leadership capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with electrical design and project management software and tools.
