Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant subject.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in electrical building services design.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and BIM software (Revit).
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex electrical design solutions focusing on sustainability.
• Work as part of a design team delivering detailed designs on diverse projects.
• Utilise CAD and BIM (Revit) software to design required systems.
• Design site-specific equipment as needed.
• Oversee installation and specify maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors.
• Attend project group and technical meetings.
• Ensure designs meet legislative and health and safety requirements.
