Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/d)

Job Purpose

Helping our Senior Electrical Design Engineers, you will design, test and, where necessary commission, electrical control systems for Baker Perkins machinery, meeting contractual / customer requirements.

Job Description

Under the responsibility of our experienced teams, you will:

• Design our control panels, using our standard or designing from scratch
• Specify and issue electrical hardware parts lists according to contract specifications and specify technical requirements for bought-out equipment
• Learn how to develop and produce PLC and HMI software (Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi)
• Produce machine functional specifications and test specifications
• Test equipment in our factory / test centre
• Progressively help the Commissioning Engineers, traveling to customer sites
  
  

Required Profile

• Qualified to an engineering degree or BTEC Higher certificate in electrical / electronic engineering or equivalent
• Graduate or with a first experience in maintenance, electrical design in an industrial context
• Willing to learn and grow in a company that helps employees improve their skills
• Ability and pleasure to travel around the world for some weeks per year
• Solution-driven and customer-oriented sensibility
• Team spirit and sense of commitment
