Electrical Design Engineer (LV Switchgear/Control Panels)

Location: Dartford
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + 25 Days Holiday + Company Pension + On-site Parking

Are you an Electrical Design Engineer with experience in designing Low/High Voltage switchgear systems? We are a market-leading electrical engineering business with a strong reputation. You will work closely with skilled team members to design switchgear and control panel systems, support project engineers, and deliver tailored solutions for critical infrastructure projects in the UK.

In this role, you will use AutoCAD or ePlan to produce detailed designs for LV systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards and British regulations. You will assist project engineers with parts lists, supplier selection, and ensure all technical specifications are accurate, compliant, and cost-effective.

  2. Support project engineers with specifications and supplier decisions
The Person
  1. Background in electrical design with AutoCAD/ePlan experience
  2. Experience designing LV/HV systems and control panels
  3. Located in Dartford or willing to relocate
