RSE in the City of Edinburgh is recruiting an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to support the Chemical & Biological Treatment platform. This position involves developing industry-leading electrical designs and collaborating closely with multi-disciplined teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, be CompEx 12 qualified, and have knowledge of relevant design standards. Qualifications

• Degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• CompEx 12 qualified.
• Knowledge of British and European design standards.
• Experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary design team.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Developing electrical and instrumentation designs.
• Liaison with engineering teams.
• Participating in safety studies (Hazop).
• Reviewing design solutions from suppliers.
• Working with in-house teams for project implementation.
